Weapons Charges

Case dismissed. Client was charged with First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Felon in Possession of a Firearm in an extremely serious shooting incident. Through negotiation and defense investigation, the District Attorney’s Office agreed to dismiss the case.

Case No. 17-CF-1004, Milwaukee County, Year: 2017

Two counts of felon in possession of a firearm dismissed on the day of trial. After numerous motions and on the day of trial, the court granted the defense motion to dismiss the case.

Case No. 14-CF-3279, Milwaukee County, Year: 2016

Not guilty verdict — Client was charged with felony possession of short barrel shotgun. Advocated for the client and obtained a not guilty verdict on the weapon charge.

Case No. 11-CF-5365, Milwaukee County, Year: 2013

Not guilty verdict — Defeated charges of felon in possession of a firearm to protect client’s rights.

Case No. 11-CF-5606, Milwaukee County, Year: 2012

Suppression motion granted in part — Client charged with possession of firearm and during litigation the charges were dismissed.
