Probation for marijuana grow and possession with intent to deliver 28 pounds of marijuana. Successfully argued to the court to impose probation instead of the prison term requested by the district attorney's office for a grow operation client was convicted of; showed that the majority of the marijuana recovered was byproduct and client was not a large scale grower or seller.
