Felony Reduced to Misdemeanors and Straight Probation, client was charged with Second Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety during incident with AR-15 that resulted in bullets entering a nearby house; successfully negotiated with the DA’s office showing that the defendant was not as responsible for the incident as the homeowner whose house the defendant was at doing target practice together, court followed the probation recommendation on the amended misdemeanor counts and client avoided a felony and any incarceration.
