Probation Not Revoked, Client was arrested and found in possession of 2.5 pounds of marijuana, oxycodone, and 20 memory card holders filled with THC oil; successfully argued at the final revocation hearing and on appeal that the client was immune from revocation because of Act 33 of the Wisconsin Statutes as an Aided Person.

Successfully negotiated the removal of a probation hold for a client on probation for felon in possession of a firearm and who was arrested on an allegation of possessing a firearm again; after extensive defense investigation, the probation department agreed that they could not prove the allegation and dropped the probation hold.
